"Taxi booked for 00:30.... Didn't arrive until 01:15! No phone call to let me know beforehand, I had to phone 3 times in that 45mins to find out what was happening. Our driver was nice, although he told me it was his first night. Perhaps the pre booked, pre paid taxis should be left to someone with more experience? "

"This feedback applies to my return trip from the Wellcome Trust to Cambridge Station. The car was not there at the time I had ordered it. A security guard told me that the car had been there 10 minutes early, picked up someone else, and was going to 'be back soon.' This driver never came back. Over 25 minutes, we had to call Caz twice to get another car to actually come for me. The car that finally came wasn't a Caz car, but a Panther car. The Panther driver told me that the standard rate for this trip to the Cambridge station was about GBP 21, whereas Caz charged me GBP 80 for the round trip! I feel like I was overcharged, then ignored. I ended up missing my train because the cab I ordered well in advance was nearly 30 minutes late. I wrote an email requesting a partial refund--such as the difference between 40 and 21--but have never heard back. Disappointing service; next time I will just go with Panther directly. "
